All shoes purchased from Nexus Wear are covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery.

Our 6-month warranty covers defects due to manufacturing or materials, including:

- Stitching or seam failures not caused by misuse
- Structural defects in the shoe's construction
- Defective zippers, buckles, or closures (manufacturing fault)
- Material defects such as cracking or peeling under normal conditions
❌ What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear (scuffs, creasing, fading)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Water damage on non-waterproof styles
- Damage caused by wearing the wrong size
- Repairs or alterations made by a third party
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers

📦 Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
For approved warranty claims within the United States, Nexus Wear will cover all return shipping costs. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label once your claim is approved.
